Today’s wine tip comes from our friend Michael Helton, owner and winemaker from Hanover Park Vineyard. We met Michael at the Yadkin Valley Grape Festival and he was happy to let us know about this year’s grape harvest. Michael is so full of information that he proceeded to talk about aging wine in a barrel, and encouraged everyone to get out to wine festivals and try as much wine as they can to find what they like. All in under a minute and a half.
