Wine and cheese is about as classic of a pair as food and wine get. On this Food Friday we mix it up and drink some North Carolina wine with some bread, that maybe not everyone has had. Want to see how this big and bold white wine went with the bread and cheese? Please check out today’s episode!

Don’t think I’ve ever had Roussanne in blend or otherwise…
Thanks for introducing this grape…and dang…seeing how much you guys obviously liked the wine, guess I’ll need to make it out to JLV sometime.
Great job fellas. Thanks for covering the NC wine industry. I have been drinking NC wine of 10 years and the improvement is 1000% for sure. Like France, NC produces vintage driven wines. We have a lot to look forward to in the years to come. Word UP.
Thanks, Beth for your continued comments. As we said in the show, Kipp is a big fan of this grape, and we sought this out from Junius Lindsey. When you visit, make sure you tell Michael that you are there because of a review on North Carolina Wine TV.
Wilson – Agree that the North Carolina wine industry will only get better as the vines continue to age. Thanks for the comments.
