On today’s Food Friday episode we pair Cellar 4201 Cabernet Sauvignon with ravioli with a red sauce. This wine did not have much flavor and we are looking to this pairing to bring out some of the fruit in this North Carolina red. The acidity of the tomatoes frequently can prop up a wine and give it a bigger flavor. Watch the video to see how our pairing turns out.
