Episode 97 Food Friday: RayLen 2007 Pinot Grigio and Chinese Noodles

On today’s Food Friday episode we pair RayLen Pinot Grigio with Chinese take-out noodles. The wine was very smooth, but lacked a bit in flavor profile. We are hoping that the smoky flavor, combined with the fat and the salt changes this wine to bring out more flavors. Watch the episode to see how this pairing affects the wine.
